Renting

Renting is always an option if you are unable to use your week. Although we cannot guarantee rentals, we do our best to cater to our owners. If you choose to rent your week, please forward your owner card authorizing Oceancliff to place your week in a rental program.

We are pleased to provide owners and guests with the first update on the resort. Below, you will find photos and descriptions highlighting both ongoing improvements and planned future projects across the property. We hope you enjoy seeing the progress as we continue to work diligently to deliver a much-needed enhancement to the resort experience.

Rooms

Over the past several weeks, we have focused on refreshing all guest rooms with new paint and carpeting, with the goal of creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere for your enjoyment. In addition to these aesthetic enhancements, we have upgraded to larger televisions in both the living areas and bedrooms. New drapery has been ordered, with installation anticipated in the coming months. Furniture selections have also been finalized; however, an installation timeline is not yet available.    

Exterior

Exterior improvements to the property are now underway. We are currently reconstructing the stairwell tower nearest to G29, which includes the installation of new windows, shingles, and updated paint. In addition, new windows are being installed in select guest rooms along the rear of the property. Looking ahead, planned projects for 2026 include re-shingling and the installation of new windows at the main entrance. The roof renovation is scheduled for 2027.    

Pool

We recognize how much our owners and guests value the pool area and the importance of enhancing this space. Initial improvements are already underway, including repainting the bathroom walls and resurfacing the hot tub. Sliding glass doors with screens and improved light fixtures have been ordered and will be installed upon arrival. Future upgrades include resurfacing the surrounding concrete to further enhance both the appearance and functionality of the space.
